How we work — from introduction to monthly report

Entrusting your home to someone else is a matter of trust. So let us show you exactly how we work — no small print, just clear steps.

Step by step

1. Introduction — a no-obligation conversation, at your home in Curaçao or via video call. You tell us what matters to you; we tell you honestly what we do and don't do.
2. Property intake — we walk through the entire property and record its condition with photos: installations, pool, inventory, everything.
3. Clear agreements — you receive a transparent proposal with fixed and variable costs (see our rates). We only sign when everything is clear.
4. Handover — keys, contacts, running contracts and particulars are taken over carefully; we introduce ourselves to neighbours or resort management.
5. Management in motion — regular inspections, housekeeping, maintenance and guest service by our own team. Anything noteworthy? You hear it from us immediately, with photos and a proposal.
6. Monthly report — every month a clear overview: what was done, what we noticed, what is planned and how things stand financially.

Availability you can count on

For emergencies we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — for you and for your guests. Regular questions are answered quickly and personally on working days, by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.
