What does property management in Curaçao cost?

How often is my home inspected?
We inspect your home regularly, also during vacancy, and after every guest stay. The frequency is tailored to your situation, and every inspection is reported back with photos in the monthly owner report.
What happens in case of damage or a breakdown?
Small repairs are fixed right away by our in-house technical service. For larger issues we contact you immediately with photos and a proposal including costs. You decide — we execute and report back.
Are you available at night and in the weekend?
Yes. For emergencies we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — for owners and guests alike. Regular questions are answered quickly on working days.
Can PINK also handle the rental of my home?
Absolutely. We provide the complete guest service: check-in, check-out, housekeeping by our own team, linen service and post-stay inspections, plus coordination with rental platforms. Read more under vacation home management.
Which areas does PINK serve?
For years we have been the permanent manager at Boca Gentil and Vista Royal, and we are also active at Blue Bay and elsewhere in Curaçao. For homes outside Boca Gentil a small surcharge applies to the fixed management fee.
