Behind the pink cars and the cheerful glasses is a serious company with a warm heart. PINK Beheer was born from our own experience: when we first opened our own home to holiday guests, we discovered what it feels like to entrust your house to others — and how valuable it is when someone genuinely looks after it.

Our own people make the difference

What sets PINK apart is simple: we work with our own permanent staff. An in-house housekeeping team, our own technical and facility service, and familiar faces for our owners and guests. No revolving subcontractors, but colleagues who know the homes and take pride in their work. In this market, that is rare — and it is exactly why owners stay with us year after year.

Rooted on the island

For years we have been the permanent manager of homes at Boca Gentil and Vista Royal, and we are also active at Blue Bay and elsewhere in Curaçao. We know the resorts, the owners' associations, the suppliers and the island's quirks. You cannot google that kind of local knowledge — you build it by being there every day.
