Property management rates in Curaçao — tailored to your home
Every home is different. Every situation is different. That is why we do not sell one-size-fits-all packages, but work with a clear structure of fixed and variable costs — so you only pay for what your home actually needs.
Fixed management fee
The fixed fee covers the essential care of your home and your guests:
- Key holding and all communication with you and your guests
- Preparation of every stay, personal check-in and check-out with inspection
- 24/7 emergency availability for owner and guests
- Regular property checks, also during vacancy
- Mail handling and a monthly financial overview
Variable costs
Variable costs are only charged when they actually apply, for example:
- Energy and consumption charges
- Housekeeping on arrival, mid-stay and after departure, by our own team
- Laundry and linen service
- Golf cart, garden and pool maintenance
- Inventories and extended status reports
- Technical jobs and supervision of larger maintenance
Good to know
- All amounts are in NAf (Antillean guilders) and exclude taxes (usually 6%).
- For homes outside Boca Gentil a 10% surcharge applies to the fixed weekly management fee.
- Prices may change; you will always be informed in advance.
